Sour peach cider aged in a sour beer barrel for 6 months. Whole peaches fermented in apple juice. The wild yeast off of the peach skins used to sour the cider. Cider was allowed to go through malolactic fermentation. Peaches sourced from Mosier Oregon. I cannot claim this cider is gluten free.
